• Pricing: We'll help you with setting the price of the property to current market value.  We may prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to ensure the price is right for the current market.
• Closing Process: We review the closing documents before you go to closing to make sure that the closing goes smoothly.
• Commissions: For purchasers, the commissions are usually paid by the Seller, so it is in your best interest to have a Real Estate Broker assist you in purchasing real estate.
